This policy covers eirhx.com, the marketing website for Eir Health, Inc. ("Eir Health," "we," "us"). It does not cover Retta or any other product once it launches. Those will carry their own privacy policy addressing how practice and patient data is handled, consistent with HIPAA and our Business Associate Agreements with customers.
This site does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts, and does not automatically collect personal information from visitors. The "Request Early Access" link opens your own email client addressed to us. Any information you choose to send is what you typed, sent directly from your email provider, not submitted through this site.
If you email us, we use your message and contact details only to respond to you and, if you've asked, to follow up about Retta. We don't sell or share this information with third parties.
This site is hosted on Amazon Web Services (CloudFront and S3). AWS may process standard web server logs (IP address, request metadata) as part of operating that infrastructure.
